At Shopwbc, we are committed to delivering an exceptional shopping experience — from product quality to customer service. To ensure smooth order processing and efficient production, we have established the following cancellation policy.
Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placing it.
Cancellation or modification requests will not be accepted after 12 hours, as the order may already be in production.
Why do we not accept late cancellations?
All Shopwbc products are made-to-order and begin production shortly after an order is placed.
Each item is custom-produced specifically for the customer and cannot be resold. For this reason, we are unable to accept cancellation requests made after the allowed time window.
Can I modify my order?
Yes.
Order modifications are possible only if the request is submitted within 12 hours and before the order enters production.
Why do we not accept late modifications?
Once an order has entered production, all design and manufacturing details are finalized and cannot be changed. Therefore, modification requests must be submitted before production begins.
How much time do I have to cancel or modify my order?
Processing times may vary depending on order volume and product type. However, cancellation or modification requests are generally accepted within 12 hours of order placement.
Can I cancel my order after it has been shipped?
No.
Once an order has been processed and shipped, it can no longer be canceled or modified. In this case, you may refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy after delivery.
How can I submit a cancellation or modification request?

Include your order number and the reason for your request.
To be eligible, the request must be submitted within 12 hours of placing your order.
