Refund & Returns Policy

1) Scope of Application

This Refund & Returns Policy applies to orders delivered to the following countries and regions:

  • United States
  • Canada
  • South Korea
  • Japan
  • Mexico
  • Other countries and regions

2) Return Period and Product Condition

Return Period:

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Eligible Product Condition:

Only products in new condition are eligible for return.

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and include all original tags, packaging, and hygiene seals (if applicable).

Defective Products:

Products with manufacturing defects, printing errors, incorrect colors, sizes, or designs, or items damaged upon arrival may be returned or exchanged even if opened for inspection.


3) Return Method and Fees

Return Method:

Returns must be made by mail.

Return Shipping Costs and Fees:

Customers are not required to pay any return shipping costs or handling fees.

All return-related costs will be covered by us.

Restocking Fee:

None.

Exchanges:

Exchanges for a different size or color of the same product line are accepted within 30 days.

If the requested item is out of stock, we will offer either a replacement of equivalent value or a full refund.


4) Eligible Returns and Exchanges

Returns:

Both defective and non-defective products may be returned within 30 days, provided the conditions in Section 2 are met.

Exchanges:

Exchanges are accepted within 30 days, subject to product availability.


5) Return & Exchange Process (4 Steps)

  1. Submit a Request

    Contact us through the “Contact Us” page or our support email within 30 days of delivery.

    Please include your order number, photos or videos (if applicable), and a brief explanation.

  2. Approval & Instructions

    Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the next steps.

  3. Pack & Return

    Include all accessories and original packaging, and return the item according to the instructions provided.

  4. Inspection & Resolution

    After inspection, we will process the exchange or refund.

Refund Processing Time:

Refund processing will begin within 14 business days after the inspection is completed.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.


6) Situation-Specific Rules

6.1 Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items

  • You may choose either a free replacement or a 100% refund.
  • Please keep the outer packaging and shipping label and provide photos or videos for verification (unboxing videos are preferred when available).

6.2 Lost Packages in Transit

  • If the carrier confirms the package is lost, you may choose either a replacement shipment or a 100% refund.

6.3 Non-Defective but Unsatisfactory Items

  • If the conditions in Section 2 are met, the item may be returned for a refund within 30 days.

6.4 Incorrect Address

  • If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer:
    • Reshipment may be arranged (additional shipping charges may apply).
    • A refund may be issued after the package is returned to us.
  • Packages that are refused, unclaimed, or not returned to us may be considered abandoned and may not qualify for a refund.

6.5 Non-Returnable Items (Except Defective Products)

  • Gift cards, downloadable products, and certain health and personal care items with hygiene seals.
  • Personalized or customized products (unless defective).

7) Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase and only before production has begun.
  • Changes or cancellations requested after 24 hours are not guaranteed.
  • Orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

Please do not return products directly to the sender address listed on the package.
